How each day is rated v1.1

Moon each day. The Moon's nakshatra counted from your birth nakshatra gives the tara (Sampat, Kshema, Sadhaka, Mitra and Param Mitra help; Vipat, Pratyari and Vadha hinder). Chandrashtama, the Moon in the 8th sign from your natal Moon, marks a day as challenging across the board.

Planet transits (gochara). Each planet's sign is counted from your natal Moon using the classical favourable houses (for example Jupiter in 2, 5, 7, 9, 11; Saturn, Mars and Rahu in 3, 6, 11). Each life area gives extra weight to its significators: Sun, Saturn and Mercury for career; Jupiter and Venus for wealth; Venus and the Moon for relationships.

Houses from your ascendant. Planets passing through a life area's houses add or subtract: Health 1, 6, 8 · Career 10, 6, 2 · Wealth 2, 11, 5 · Relationships 7, 5, 11 · Home 4, 2 · Learning 5, 4, 9 · Travel 3, 9, 12. Benefics lift a house; malefics strain it, except in the 3rd, 6th and 11th where they help. Sade Sati is included.

Trade journal. Log trades by hand or import a Robinhood account-activity CSV. Each trade is matched to its day's rating and, when an entry time is given, its hora window, so you can see whether the ratings line up with your results. Trades stay in this browser only.

Trading times (Day view). The day is split by sunrise and sunset at your location into planetary horas and Choghadiya periods. Rahu Kaal, Yamaganda, Gulika and Abhijit muhurta are marked, then laid over your market's session in 15-minute steps.

Ashtakavarga and Vedha (v1.1). Each transit is also weighed by the bindus your birth chart gives that sign (Bhinnashtakavarga; 4 is average), and a good or bad transit is cancelled when another planet sits in its classical Vedha (obstruction) point. Exalted, own-sign, debilitated, combust and retrograde planets are scaled up or down.

Panchang. Rikta tithis (Chaturthi, Navami, Chaturdashi), Amavasya, Vishti (Bhadra) karana and difficult yogas such as Vyatipata and Vaidhriti pull a day down; Shukla paksha and Purnima lift it slightly.

Dasha backdrop. Your running Mahadasha and Antardasha lords add support or strain to the areas they rule or occupy in the birth chart.

Each day is rated at local sunrise, the start of the Vedic day, at the place chosen under “You are in” (Day view). Planet positions use the True Chitrapaksha ayanamsa and are accurate to a few arcseconds. This follows traditional Jyotish rules and is meant for planning and reflection. It does not replace medical, financial or legal advice.
